it's pretty great. i've heard a track from the new album called 'mexican standoff' which is spectacularly good.

you can get 'forget myself' from itunes for 79p. and also a really nice rjd2 mix of 'fugitive motel' i never knew existed.

I love it. The video is excellent too. Not sure it'll bring them much more success but you never know. I hope the album's just as good.

Downloaded the new album a few weeks ago.It is pretty special,espescially the title track,Mexican Standoff and Station Approach.

New single is great! Heard their live session on Radio 1 last week...brilliant!! I can't wait for the album to be released now.

'mexican standoff' just played now on radio one. Only caught the tail-end of it but more Elbow is playing on Evening Session tommorow. And best news is Zane Lowe is away. For anyone who is interested new Bloc Party and Franz Ferdinand tracks are playing on Lamacq in a bit.

Apparently they've gone back to the Asleep In The Back era style, I was worried about that as Cast Of Thousands is one of my fav albums as a progression on that would have ruled. So far from the tracks I've heard, the new single is awsome, the title track not so much. We'll see, the best albums are ones that grow on you...

The new album is very very good indeed, have been listening to it a lot since I downloaded it a few weeks back. I don't think it's quite as good as Asleep in the Back, which is one of my favourite albums ever, but it's an improvement on the last one. The title track is absolutely fantastic too. And Tim, yes that is Elbow doing that Destiny's Child cover.

Forget Myself is out on 22nd August for those of you that buy singles. Album "Leaders of the Free World" is out on 5th September.There will also be a DVD apparently.
