...At Shepherds Bush Empire Nov 20th, well then we need a committed drummer male or female, just someone who wants to have lots of fun. My band The Colony is opening for The Wedding Present at Shepherds Bush Empire, that little venue in westish london. We have lots of good songs and more plus a demo in process...and we are able to get good high profile gigs. Preferably someone who can keep a beat tho, not just anyone.

We have very good contacts and have recorded soundchecks which have been good enough to get us gigs.

Hope you find a good player in time dude. From a personal opinion life could not get much better if I was to grace the same stage as Gedge on the same bill. Sadly I don't play the drums.

Saw Wedding Present at Reading Fest for the first time, they were amazing. I am prepared to learn drums if you like?

I am a 28yr old drummer instead in playing with your band. I havee been playing for the last 8 yrs and have gigged in the USA and UK and have loads of live experience. Also played THe CAvern Club and Life Cafe last year with my old band and had to leave it as I moved towards London 4 months ago.
