did anyone else think that paul morley spoke some absolute shite?

I agree, Paul Morley knows shit. He's always on these kind of progammes. And always talking about the rise and fall of OTHER peoples careers! Pisses me off.

i listened to the 1st libertines album and there are some good songs on there but since that he's declined alot. fact is, some good songs pete but no john lennon.

I watched this last night and was not impressed. Is he a genius music/poet maker type person? I can't hear it. Think he just needs a good wash and maybe he shouldn't use the word cretin so much.

And Paul Morley looks so fat. It looked like his chin was trying to escape his stupid chubby face.

Did you see how dirty his fingers were? Terrible, and if anythings an advert for not doing crack surely its his and all his mates horrible yellow teeth!! Talk about Great British Book of Smiles...

My other problem with it was that it was essentially
Londoners kissing their own arse, hardly deserved when the city produced little but derivative drivel for a long time.

This Doherty joke is no longer funny.

HE is part of the establishment - always was always will be - dont kid yourselves he's some type of tramp poet. tramp maybe but he's not Tom Waits or MES is he? He's not even Carl Barat come to think of it. Jesus.

the only funnything is how long he's got away with all this - its quite funny really - that's what having a lot of friends in the media does for you

He's just a less combustable Sid Vicious really but with secret poshboy credentials -Vicious just had the 'bohemian' background - Doherty, you suspect is more from the Lou Reed (pop back to Mom's to clean up every six months) type of thing - notn that it matters but please dont think he's somehow something that we have been crying out for since, I dont know, Jesus or something
