DiS is 8 on tour presents... Shred Yr Face with Los Campesinos, only two weeks to go
DiS is 8 in October, and as well as the special one-off birthday events we've organised, remember that we've also got a package tour heading out around the UK to celebrate this landmark anniversary. It's not long now (two weeks in fact!) 'til the Shred Yr Face tour hits the road so without further ado, here's a quick reminder of what's in store:

But that's not all! A limited 7" featuring a track from the three bands will also be available:
1. Los Campesinos! - 'Death to Los Campesinos! (Death To Napoleon III Remix)'
2. No Age - 'Revolving Credit for Kitty'
3. Times New Viking - 'Anything Could Happen'
Still not enough? A unique limited edition silk screened poster and exclusive T-shirt commemorating the tour by Seattle artist Carlos Ruiz will be available at the shows and at the shops. Phew. Not satisfied? You want some free instore performances as well!? Okay, here you go:

-
Crash records

-
^^^^
!!!!
tnv in crash will be amazing!
downstairs is probably bigger.
-
i shall happily be at this
as well as the gig later on. rather excited about it now actually. nice lil' taster article this one, good effort.
let's get a look at that poster/t-shirt then!? -
Yeah...
me too.Dunno what the demand would be like though.
-
I'd say it oculd have had a pretty decent crowd
My friend adores LC, I love No Age, alas not enough for to make a 270 mile trip!
-
What does the t-shirt look like,
please?
-
I'll be there for the Birmingham date
Oh, wait, hmmm
-
I'm going to Liverpool
which pleases me
I'm hoping it's not a late finish, as I'm getting the coach back to stoke.
-
I just had to comment this
'cause I like the way Los Campesinos! are described as 14 legged. It made me lol for a second. Srsly though I am very excited for this :)
-
...
Liverpool won't be late as the Carling doesn't have a late license. Most gigs are done by 10.30pm these days.
-
Kills me how there is no
Nottingham date, or even a Birmingham date. DiS, you have let us midlanders down!
-
pwn
this is gonna be sweeeet
-
that link
to the record shops doesn't seem to go where it should...
