...remind you of a particular person rather than say, an event or a group of people.

Fenix TX: Katie W- This reminds me of a girl i used to go out with. No idea why. She never listened to it, but put it on, i think Zoe...

Smashing Pumpkins: Mayonaise- reminds me of my sweetest and truest friend. It also reminds me of thiings we did, so i suppose its a quasi-event song

Death Cab For Cutie: Expo '86- The coolest girl i will ever meet....

Re: Songs That....

Gal I went out with in college...Desiree. Ah, Desiree. She was way way outta my league. Beautiful beyond belief! Sweet...and her family was filthy rich...they had an 1800 sq ft tv room, I shit you not! The weekend we played house....

...she was really too perfect. Made me uncomfortable, so it was almost a relief when she said, "it's been real, and it's been fun, but I'm off to Paris...and you can't come!"

wtf we talking about again? Oh right. Uhm, Jane Says always reminds me of Dez. I remember saying "hey, do you like this?" (I do) and she was all, "oh that's been around forever, but yeah I guess it's ok." (It'd been out maybe a year or so) I thought, oh my god this chick is hip!

Re: Songs That....

Desree - Life
reminds me of all the people in my life, and how i'd rather note see a ghost, but actually rather have a piece of toast, and watch the evening news.

Re: Songs That....

Anything by No Comply, as I went to see them with a girl i really liked at uni in december last year. I still have fond memories of the gig and what we did after.

Mighty Mighty Bosstones - Jacknife to a swan (whole album) listened to it when i was depressed after i got fucked over by someone. It didn't help. now i never listen to the album or the songs as they just remind me.

System of a Down - Chop Suey: possibly the best song we had on the jukebox at our local scream pub in uni, and i always remembersinging along, pissed and having a great time with my friends whenever i hear that song again.
