I just uploaded a song for my last.fm mp3 blog thingy and seeing as a very small number of people read that i'll stick the link here as well, hopefully starting off lots of lovely yousendit fun again.

Bedhead - Liferaft

Post rock type thing. Nice chiming geetars and light scattery drums. Lyrics about your bed being a liferaft. Bootiful night music.

For those who don't know the Dismemberment Plan, here's Time Bomb. It's brilliant, sort of the experimental end of indie rock, tense and explosive.

Here's a song by Richard Hawley. Touring guitarist for Pulp, he makes beautiful melodic music. Very much a crooner as well.

quick query

on the first yousendit thread someone did a compilation called "disacousticy". i really enjoyed it and was going to get some of the artists' albums but seem to have deleted it from my pc. if you made the comp would you be so kind as to give me the link again? thanks.
