The best thing about Lance was that me and my mates would call him "Lance In My Pants" and whenever we'd say it, we'd say it in an australian accent.

No you doofus, that was Brett. lance was Anne's twin brother, their mum married Phil Martin after moving to the street as a single woman.

It was ok right up until the end when Harold suggested it be called Neighbours, then I nearly threw up (i'm pretty sure I died a little inside)

The documentary was just a load of sentimental and personal clips. There was absolutely no context for anyone who didn't know the characters. Something like that, done for real, would make fascinating TV. And Sarah's looking a bit chubby, isn't she?

You can probably download it from some torrent type site...it is definitely worth seeing...I loved the cheesy when Neighbours, become good friends end to the docu and the meaning ful looks between Susuan and the Doc when sarah came on screen.

Libby Kennedy is evil. It's like somebody found a seam of concentrated smugness and fashioned it into a soap character. Go away! Get back on your boat we hate you!

But I love Neighbours. Especially now Paul is in the titles scowling malevolently.

Watching it was quite an emotional experience, it's weird I barely renember my actual friends from the same era yet I renember everything about badly written fictional characters. I imagine if I had a near death experience and my life flashed before my eyes it would probably be similar to that neighbours documentary. Sad but true.

aw, it was an emotional episode.

I can't believe there isn't a Neighbours omnibus. It's so hard for those of us who have been used to Neighbours throughout school/Uni when we have to get jobs :( Yesterday I skived off early especially to watch.

And did anyone notice the look between Joe and Lyn Scully when they met?? Ewww....
