since finding i can use the internet at work, i seem to have done little else. no-one seems to have noticed though, which is worrying.
i succumbed to folly earlier this week and bought the new ffaf album, along with nine inch nails at half price and trivium for £6.66 (i can't work out whether roadrunner's marketing ideas are genius or inane), and so far haven't listened to any of them. although, i'm already planning what to buy next. houston, we have a problem.
i also missed the radio1 punk special last night, but could probably guess which was "the number one punk tune of all time" - either the sex pistols or green day. the general public are nothing if not predictable (and i don't include myself - i, rather idealistically, voted the clash, although that probably just means i'm part of a slightly smaller stereotype). punk is not dead. it was stillborn.
ben folds is at warwick tonight and i don't have tickets. arse.
i have one song repeating in my head - iggy pop, i'm bored.
