blood brothers!

i've never heard every time i die, but they sound eeeeemo.

Blood Brothers for sure

I like both but the blood brothers are definitely the better of the two.

etid

aren't emo ... they have some good ironic/sarcastic/witty lyrics, and rock way too much to be emo anyway.

Um...

get the Blood Brothers album.

Any of them will do as well.

lol

No. ETID aren't emo. The Blood Brothers, however, pretty much are.

Oh the irony. I love it when people like emo without even knowing it.

Splitting hairs...

I know its a tired debate but the blood brothers are NOT emo, if I had to define them I'd say they are an arty spastic punk band. I cant think of anything lyrically or musically that would lead to such a categorisation.

Arguable

but I can't be arsed anymore.

which

Blood Brothers album, and which ETID album? Eh? It might make a difference.

hello chiaroscuro!

buy Blood Brothers 'Burn, Piano Island, Burn'

Hello!

I can't believe I'm still here. And still arguing about emo. Can't....let....it...drop....

Get etid

Its obvious really.

buy..

blood brothers if your feeling rather quirkily emo..so depressed
or
every time i die if you like your 'screamo' and heavier stuff

...

blood brothers innit. It may be emo, but it's not shit. And i've never heard any ETID so obviously it's not worth listening to :)

no contest!

buy every blood brothers album, they are all great in their own way, fuck ETID.

blood brothers aren't

emo, what the hell are some of you ppl on about? They are fast-paced keyboard manical-hardcore punk geniuses! ETID are ok, but all the songs meld into one (on Hot Damn! anyway, dunno about other albums) Get "Burn, Piano Island, Burn" then "Crimes", then "March on Electric Children". "This Adultery is Ripe" is good, but a bit short. Bit more manical and proper hardcore sounding.

as I might have said once or twice before

that's kind of what emo is. Or used to be, before it meant ONLY sounding like Sunny Day Real Estate or Thursday.

i got

burn piano island burn

cos it was the only Blood Brothers album i could find in newcastle, and partly because i couldnt find Last Night In Town anywhere

plus

i didnt have any actaul BB cds, yet already own Hot Damn! bt ETID on cd anyway

Everyone.......

seems to be recommending BB, so just to be different i'd go for ETID

blood brothers......etid are ok i guess

Blood Brothers

is a much better musical.

Or did I miss something?
