Richard Burns.

Fantastic driver, died way too young.

After all the fuss about George Best, I think its only right to recognise the successes of Richard Burns World Rally career. World Champion once, Runner up twice. He had to retire in 2003 after a Brain Tumour was found. After a long illness he has now died. He was 34.

RIP.

Mr Mayagi (sp?), not quite so tragic, but still a legend

RIP

What's this whole dying thing all about? Everyone's doing it.

And unfortunately they're people who so many love and respect. Hmm.

RIP to them all.

R.I.P.

such a tragedy. easily the best british rally driver since colin mcrae, a big loss for the sport.

R.I.P.

Ditto that.

I echo that sentiment. R.I.P Burnsy...

Better....

than McRae in my opinion.

If it wasn't for illness, he'd have won it again.
