i went when i was 10 and
absolutely hated it. I hated it! then again, i was 10. i'm sure it's different now...
berlin is incredible
very arty and cultured. i lived with a german girl once and she was a part-time model...

to Cologne last year, and it was fucking fantastic. Brilliant place, brilliant people, just ace.

All I really did was sit around drinking beer out of huge glasses and eating sausages, but it was ace.

to paderborn for a squash tour (basically a 5 day piss up)
it is an ace place
I went to Padderborn
when I was a little man (my step-dad was a squaddie).
I don't remember a great deal, but it was full of burly English men and very clean. That's my review.

GERMANY IS BADDD.
But i learn the language and it's soul destroying so i probably have a biased view. I learn't to cycle in germany so i 'spose it's not too bad. But I'm NEVER ever going to go again. EVER.

The education system was piss, so we came back, and now my stepdad commutes to Deutschland every week.
