Not at all

It's ACE.

my opinion might be a bit invalid

seeing as I don't really like them anyway, but I thought Mr Beast was totally boring. More so than there other stuff. The songs sound like they're missing a big chunk of something. They're more like half songs.

Yeah, it's invalid

Go on. Go away :)

:(

you can keep your smelly post rock.

I agree with Alan.

It's really fucking boring. But then they have been on a slow decline since they first appeared.

Its nice. Just nice

Mogwai perfectly listenable, but they are horrendously overrated, and also appear to be objectionable people when interviewed

It's brilliant...

I liked the single, but I like the rest of the album better. Track 2 - Glasgow Mega Snake is fantastic as is track 4 Travel is Dangerous.

The albums great,

but the PR they're having to do for it isn't.

I've only heard 'friend of the night'

but the album review suprise me because of the review they gave the single back in January (where they got compared to Snow patrol)and the way Mogwai have been very vocal in there opinions in the last couple of months.

go to

rhcp forum

so we can all be convinced by

your sw33t arguing skillz?

Fat Beast

..is this the same Mr.Beast of Carter USM hanger on fame of the early 90's..the fat bastard

Jon Fat Beast

used to put on all the C86 gigs at the Bull and Gate, back in the day.

i wonder what

they'll write about this ... surely they can't be angry at a good review

can they ?

a good review by the nme

means the album is shit.
So they have a reason to be angry...

^^ Fact. ^^

nah.

it's nice but not fantastic. mogwai can do so much better.

i hope

it's better than the single...

It is, I assure you

Only 3(?) tracks use piano...
I quite liked the single though!

i'm more than a bit...

scared !

Don't be...

it's really beautiful. I think it's a stunning album.
There's even a track with Japanese vocals (featuring one of the vocalists from Rock Action's brilliant Japanese hardcore band, Envy)

awesome

just been listening to Kicking A Dead Pig, i look forward to this :)i second the single bummage! the vid is great too!

You mean

they have a musical sideline project for when they get bored of public ranting ?!? Who'd have thunk it.
