There once was a nice little music channel called The Amp on Sky Digital. I could normally rely on it for a least a few good songs. But it has gone. Anyone know any info?

it shut down today

i know not why.

it

blew a fuse.

Sk y seem to have

reorganised all the channel numbers. Bastards, keep typing in 445 and nothing is there... I think The Amp must have been lost in transition. How much does it cost to run one of these channels i wonder?

DiSTV anyone? Next step on from the radio show maybe..

Hmmmm...

The Amp actually moved channels, albeit for a couple of days. I only noticed it was missing today, and they're website is inconclusive. Press release anyone?

.

It's shite now anyway

i Still mourn

p-rock

that was always meant to come back

their website said they'd taken it down as it was "too much of a success" and they wanted to relaunch it so they could do it properly.

...

Either way, it's one less music channel that actually played semi-decent music. I'm just glad Artrocker mag is going proper national now.

has it gone??

why? last time i saw it they were playing the crazy go team video...

On my NTL.....

It disappeared and was replaced by some 80's pop channel called "Bliss"!
Gay.

Ououi...

that fucks up the order I flick between music channels now...
it used to be something like...
116, 172, 934, 933

Now what I ask ye, now what?
