Looking to start a band in the glasgow area (practise in city centre)

i have a drummer sorted.

a rough sound i am looking for would be something from these types of bands; aereogramme, godspeed you black emperor, oxes, part chimp, at the drive-in, oceansize.

sorry to be a bit ageist but looking for folk around 18 - 24 (im 22 myself)
