all he needs to do is look at his wireless router setup to see what devices are accessing it. Doubt it'll say OMG MOKER IS STEALING YOUR NETS but it shouldn't be too hard for him to work out seeing as you'd need to be close to the source. Then you'd need to flee the country or something.
