Push - Bros
U Can't Touch This - MC Hammer
Start low and then move upwards.
'Tis how my mum taught me how to kill a man.
Haha
That reminds me off my mate, who bought the Bros album, and then was made to take it back to the shop by his dad because it contained a song about pimps and hookers (or something) and he didn't want him listening to bad language. Buying Bros = rebellious.
oh yeah
The Bros-ettes were rebels alright......
I'm surprisingly unashamed of my early music tastes, you gotta start bad right?
But sometimes it can seep back into your adult life this love of cheese. A recent eruption is me liking the Feelings song Sewn.
The shame.....

Good/Bad...
Suede's "Coming Up" was the first album I got with my own money although by then I'd asked for and been given both "Automatic for the People" and "What's The Story (Morning Glory)?"
I'd also been given "Take That and Party" but I definitely didn't ask for it! I still listen to both "Coming Up" and "Automatic" pretty regularly so I think they're good choices!
First single was "3 Lions" during Euro '96, although that was more a football decision than a single-buying decision. I suspect the first single I bought for music reasons was the Divine Comedy's "Everybody Knows (Except You)" or Suede's "Filmstar" but I'm not sure.
