Artists: Prince

The artist never known as Bonnie Billy has painted his house to promote his new record. Yes, his rented house. Fool.

Prince has a new album out. It's called 3121 and it's really rather ace; but rather than inviting hundreds of journalists to get crunk and eat some sausage rolls to push the new LP, the little one has gone and painted the front his house. Stripy. Purple. Stripy purple. He's also emblazoned '3121' across the front of the swanky mansion.

Now, whilst that probably would annoy a few neighbours and possibly cause a car accident on the road running past, there is another slightly more pressing issue. IT'S RENTED.

Prince, who's real name most certainly isn't David Jason, didn't ask permission from his landlord and is now being sued by said 'lord of the land' for damages. Dag, yo.

Rumours are also doing the rounds that Prince, who's name also isn't Nicholas Lyndhurst, is holding a secret gig at the mansion in April. Best hope that the landlord doesn't read Popbitch!

DiScuss: What is better, giving the police fingerprints, or Prince giving the police the finger?

i did actually just

laugh out loud.

so LOL.

prince can paint the front of my house anyday.

or not, he's like a hundred.

What A Really

Frightening Thought!

the little purple painting dude

he's sponsored by dulux, dontchaknow.

yeah

his new song is SHIT.

i'm loving the headline btw!

How dare you speak of Prince in that way

he's the only man on the planet who could shit on a mixing desk and it would sound good.

Ah!

So THAT'S the secret of his prolific output.

why does Prince not own his house?

can't he afford it?!

That's what I wondered.

What happened to Paisley Park? Maybe it's being refurbished.

Good point.

I thought he owned a mansion called Paisley Park. Where he recorded all his rubbish post-'1999' stuff. Maybe he needs a whole separate mansion just for painting. The tiny freak.
