Exclusive?
-
yes
exclusive is where something is unavailable elsewhere. happy?
-
yes
it is here first, before anyone else.
why do you have be such an idiot about everything?-
So what?
-
so what, what?
i am glad you are only friends with socialists because with me being a socially progressive left inclined liberal it means we cannot be friends.
i just don't understand why you make posts just to upset people.
why oh why oh why oh why!?!?!?!?
-
-
-
oh dear
:-(
Not really setting me on fire, the first album is a classic second was ok and this is further down the road..... will give the new album a try tho
-
-
SAFE
i heart dis.
-
ha lol
i just put this on after a mstrkrft remix, and it sounds rilly similarz lolz
-
aaaaah
memories of reading, incidentally, this song sounds nothing like the new muse song, but they have this similar kind of 80s electro pop feel to them, i like it.
-
Why are
they putting on American accents?
-
-
-
to me
they were always a poor mans Peace Burial At Sea.
not a fan of this song at all. poor lyrical quality, and doesn't really go anywhere throughout, although i do like the guitars in the chorus, at least in the second time listening. don't like the production either, too dry and guitars pushed too far into background.

guitars
guitars pushed too far into the background? did you listen to the song? what's that distinct guitar sound running throughout?
-
-
Wahey, this is what I like
Not only is it free, but it's pretty damn good.
-
Wow...
Got to admit I think this song is a stunner. What a comeback. It's like a combination of Panzer Attack and Promises, Promises, two of their best songs. Bring on the album, oh yes bring it on!
-
DAMAGE
Amazing, I love it it'ds rock
In France we say :
" ca dechire tout"Stephan.
xxx
-
-
Woah!
I like.
-
hmmm
that was dissapointing.
-
i like
-
Moi aussi
-
-
-
Oooooh...
I'm liking this very much.
-
Well...
It's disappointing. But I'm still hopeful for the album.
-
-
-
THANKS!!!
It's the best gift for my birthday today!!! I love IT!!!
-
I quite like this band
But I really like this song
Bit stripped down compared to all the bleepyness of past stuff. I kinda remember 'Devil Walks in the Sands' was pretty immense.
-
*dies happy*
Great, as brilliant as I expected...it's nice that I don't have to strain my ears to listen to the rubbish Oxford Zodiac recording any more, lol!
-
I've got that recording
What the hell is Ben mumbling at the end? He sounds like he's talking in his sleep or something.
-
I think
it's about some amp exploding. Or something going horribly wrong.
-
-
oh god
it's soo tame and lame
it's fuckin awful, no wonder they're resorting to giving it away for free
-
-
Disappointed
Wow, TCTC sure seems to have distance themselves from their previous sound format. This track sounds much more like a typical pop song on today's radio, rather than that unique, hard, and somewhat psychedelic sound they used to have. Come guys, get back to your roots! Having said that, I am not giving up on you just yet; I'll still see you live anyway...please come back to Vancouver BC or Seattle soon!
-
they've thankfully
distanced themselves from those awful haircuts they used to have...
-
can we say bowl?
Are you mad, their hair cuts are worse than ever!!
-
-
-
Genius
Yes, an absolutely brilliant lead-off single. It's a lot different from their old stuff, yet still distinctly Coopers.
A mark of a great song is that it splits a band's fanbase right down the middle.
There's a whole album's worth of inspiration in this song. Let's hope they saved some for the album itself.
-
...
as far as i'm concerned its a step in the wrong direction. The 'bleepyness' as someone called it, was what defined the cooper temples. It was what made them interesting, and it detracted from that whiney vocalists voice. This song is just a bog standard indie pop song, and to be honest it doesnt sound any different from the other shit thats in the charts at the moment. Whats the point? And I;m sure that the only reason why their hair doesnt look as bad nowadays is cause every kid now has the same fricking hair! he he he

Thirst
I remember seing them in Weymouth, they were like a rich mans Feeder. alot better!
went up to their 'room' after the gig, chatted and got free cans of red stripe..nice guys.
where are they now??
-
I never really
got into them. The guy's voice used to grate on me in a horrible liam gallagher kind of way.
They did have some ace tunes though and im kinda looking forward to seeing what they do at the great escape fest.
-
it's not very good...
... for the reasons people have already said
-
-
-
how shitty is this song???
OH MY GOD! What have they been eatin?? What ever it is it hasn't helped there musical talents produce something healthy!! Iam all up fpr trying something new and i dont think it sounds trendy...just wrong?? Where are you going with this one then boys??? Not looking forward to hearin anymore of the album, and with a lump in my throat...yes I too USED to love the TCTC, the rawness and how unique they were...still fancy them though!!!
-
ugh
"A mark of a great song is that it splits a band's fanbase right down the middle"
I've never understood statements like that
-
-
Mainstream?
Is this TCTC way of hitting the mainstream?
It's not bad, hopefully a grower!
I'm off to see them live in a few days and will make my final judgement after several beers and listen to the future sound of one of my fav bands!!
Good to see them back, hopefully it will be a welcome return!! -
Thanks
Thanks DIs!
