think that Will Young is actually, liek, alrite?
Okay so he was created just to make money but (apart from his first album) it sounds like they've actually bothered to make some good tunes that suit his style. Also he seems like a genuine, cool and funny guy in interview's I've seen.
I have turned the radio up at all three of his newest singles (and how decent is his current video?!) and *blushes* that all time love song makes me actually leak a little from my eyes :0

i personally am not a big fan
although he seems like a nice chap. That all time love song is boring, in fact all his songs I find quite boring.
yeah alot is not really exciting enough for me

a difference of opinion then
if a song is simple and slow, then it has to be interesting in some other way (good songwriting etc.) for me to want to listen to it. Simple, slow songs i quite often find boring. Also, lots of people are cool and funny and genuine, it doesn't make me want to listen to their music.

or many of his other songs- but I thought the your game song was quite interesting, with its kind of stagey orchestration.

Although I'm not sure if I liked it before I saw the cheesy video. Now I have a montage of Top Gun scenes running through my head whenever it plays, which can only make it better, really.
He's my favourite product of all those stupid reality tv music competition thingies, anyway.

You're right. I am stupid, and I've also given 'Switch It On' the wrong name in my iTunes. It is that song that I like though, and come to think of it, I have no idea what 'Your Game' sounds like.

even the stuff i didnt like didnt really irritate me. Except 'Evergreen' cos 2 other people recorded it at same time ( and it was shit obv) how blatent could they be about the fact it wasn't about creating exciting new music but money?!

he cant really sing, but he seems to be an actualy decent guy, and hes given ok songs. apart from that doors cover. i found that eveil, and i dont even like the doors.

It was surely just been chucked out to keep his public image alive. Of course, he's now sold a shitload of records and can tell the PR department to go fuck themselves, or somesuch. Not that I'd buy anything of his yet, but before the last one which was rubbish there were two singles that actually sounded like they were recorded by people who were interested in the music they were making at the time.

Will Young is just wonderful. He's my favourite male pop celeb. Charlotte Church is still cooler though.

he's actually quite likeable, and his songs are generally quite well written and not too annoying. not that i'd listen by choice you understand.
