Last night a music photographer friend of mine went to see Jet. Once I finished beating him repeatedly about the head with his camera he then told me "They've gone a bit Stereophonics."
Now, I hate Jet but this latest revelation makes me think maybe it's about time they should be put down (yes, already)

Stereophonics - 1 great album and suddenly the singer decides he is bigger than God. Also, anyone who has a pop at easy targets like Hearsay for wearing parkas is a KNOB.

I actually quite like Maroon 5.
I think their music is nice - mellow - but not Coldplay, "I want to pull my arm off so I have something to throw at the stereo" mellow. It's good to chill to...

I concede that SISOSIG may not be a punk song.in the strictest definition, but it is by a punk band, so that is why i listed it. My interpretation of rise above, is of a call for personal liberation from an anti-punk atmosphere, not a political song i.e the govt is fucked because...., you mau have a differing interpretation, fair enough it is your prerogative.
