Belgian indie-pop supremos Soulwax will release their follow up to 'Much Against Everyone's Advice', which came out, like, ages ago or something (2000, actually), this summer.

'Any Minute Now' will be released on August 16th through PIAS. A single will precede it on July 19th. Recorded in the US and Europe, the new album was predominantly produced by Flood.

Soulwax's David and Stephen Dewaele are better known these days for their exploits as 2 Manys DJs.

Wicked, the album was cracking. Cant wait to hear the new stuff, must dig out the old album.
Did anyone get sent a cd in the post (if you'd been on there mailing list for a long time)?

yeah spot on. I found it a thoughtful touch to receive a cd from them for just liking them.
The covers were all a bit cheesey if i remember but great versions. I have no idea where the cd is now though.

Has anyone got Leave the Story Untold? That's a great album too. You can get it imported, although it's quite difficult to find - took me ages!

I didn't get that free cd :(

I've got Leave the Story Untold- its good but not as good as MAEA in my opinion although Kill Your Darlings and Acapulco Gold are class:)

I'm very excited about the new Soulwax album though.
