Far, far too much

Boris stuff isn't available AT ALL. Loads of limited vinyl releases and even some major albums are only released in Japan.

Thankfully Southern Lord are slowing putting a very small amount of it out. I even bought my copy Pink from HMV though I had it on download for about a year before the UK release.

It is a real shame cos they are one of my favourite bands.

I haven't....

....been to a record shop in years, I buy everything I want online, and for the stuff I buy the shipping is small anyway. So it hardly matters if a record is released in Europe/America/wherever.

mostly

ditto.

does it really matter these days? with the internet, what country an album is released in seems to matter so little really...

The Hold Steady - Separation Sunday

My favourite album of last year, but one I've still never seen an actual copy of... ;_;

here y'go...

come on now... embrace the international mailorder!
take advantage of the weak weak dollar.

Newbury Comics have it for less than $9. once you add shipping on top, you'll still only be paying about £8 for it.

I'll go with...

Longwave - There's A Fire
Asobi Seksu - Citrus
The Stills - Without Feathers
Aco - Irony
