The world of Pusha, isn’t a simple one. A first impression of these four likely lads is that they’re arrogant, porn-lovers, playing: testosterone fuelled loudness with speedy drummin’ with added don’t-give-a-fuck spunk.

“ IT’S TIME TO WIPE YOUR EYES, SEE THROUGH THESE LIES ”

Lowlife, that is what this band are about. ‘That’ being anything from anger when sheets are pulled over our eyes, through to the me-me-me money grabbing syndrome that shoots from coast to coast in the global markets, and forgets to mention those who suffer at the mercy of the snatching hands. Sad but true. Although the depressing fact that so few people care, is what needs to be heard to bring some existences into question! Pusha really aren’t about preaching the deep and meaningful answers because what do 19/18 year olds know about the world? Do they need to know more than how to work a weapon to kill?

“ SO GO, SEE IT THROUGH… ”

In the current style-tastic Sleazenation they’re calling for revolutionary pop. Pusha have been branded ‘punk pop’ by cynical sixteen year old fanzine oiks, so maybe they count? Maybe they’re just another number, part of the matrix, part of the system.. a part which doesn’t quite work and sets the whole machine on fire? Only time will tell. And this is only a debut single.

An Easter-time tour follows this release. Dates to be confirmed.
