Terrashima were formed in September 2000 by Mike, Ryan, Mark and Andy, but when Dan took over the drums in early 2002, their chaotic noise punk rock'n'roll started to make a mark. After signing up with one of the biggest agencies in the UK, they jetted around the country on the Sonic Mook Experiement tour leaving a trail of destruction and tinitis in their wake.

A John Peel session in Dec 2002 featured the 4track hurricane that underpinned the Terrashima sound - A sound captured in the studio for new EP "Losing my grip/Another day/Screaming".

The band have recently parted with singer, Mark, and are continuing as a three-piece with the vocals split between the remaining members.
