All about eve for the new millenium?
Flaming June give indie music a distinctive celtic twist. Based in Cambridge, Flaming June are fronted by singer/songwriter and guitarist Louise Hamilton and were formed in 1994. They also feature Richard Hamilton on drums, Diane Green on violin, and currently have Franco Caprio from Leon standing in on bass.
Their debut CD EP Rejoice has been played on radio stations throughout the country including James Whale's show and was awarded demo of the month in March 1999 by Making Music. They have also appeared on ITV's "Young, Gifted and Broke".
The band released their second CD EP Bad Dreams in April 2002 and are currently gigging and working on new material.
