Sounding like a cross between Pissing In The Wind and Distant Town, Damon Gough's new single, while not as immediate as Silent Sigh, is a slow-burner that burrows its way into your brain and sits quietly for a while, subtly attacking the cells that make you sing out loud bits of a song for no apparent reason.

The extra tracks on CD1 are remixes by Four Tet and Misty Dixon herself, Jane Weaver. While neither are exactly earth-shattering, they're not bad, Weaver's trademark sexy sighing working particularly well.

For those fans who prefer Gough's more lo-fi work, CD2 contains an alternative Electronic Bedroom version of Above You, Below Me and a new track, My Name's Not Down, which both make a nice contrast to the more polished, orchestrated song's from the About A Boy soundtrack.

This single should wet the appetite for the new album, still slated for an autumm release and the working title All Possibilities, which apparently contains a song with a massive U2-type chorus that goes, "Have You Fed The Fish?"

Sounds interesting doesn't it?
