You could cite their breakthrough album ‘A Flight And A Crash’ – from which B-side ‘Paper Thin’ is taken – as a turning point or look more directly to last year’s ‘Caution’, where these skills seem to have been honed to near perfection.
Taken from said album, ‘Remedy’ is a thumping, tear-away, punk-rock anthem that righteously plunders deep into Bombshell Rocks territory where backing chants work closely alongside splintered guitar-lines, breaking up a usually thick punk rock assault through an intellectual unfolding that drives the music evermore into your head.
Oh yes. Now this is what modern punk rock should sound like!
