This is two and a half minutes of ‘teen-punk’ cheekiness. It’s everything you would expect it to be. It’s uncontrollable anger in a rebellious, adolescent way. It’s everything you wanted to say to your mother before you learned the indisputable power of deodorant, including acrimonious swear word. It’s locked somewhere between Good Charlotte and the theme tune to Rainbow, but just a little less abrasive than Busted. which just so happens to be all the right ingredients to make it go a long, long way!
It will reverberate the title “Don’t Ask Me” innumerable times around your head until sometime later, when your inauspiciously minding your own business, reading the newspaper or sitting on the lavatory, those very same words will creep up your spine and dance right out your mouth, and you’ll find yourself doggedly tapping the same tune with your feet. But you can’t stop it, because you don’t know it’s happening, until it’s already happened.
Warning: This impromptu action may also happen on the darkened dance floor of a busy night-club if you are ‘three sheets to the wind’ - and if the DJ knows no better!
OK Go - Don't Ask Me
Cheers,
Damian.

Re: OK Go - Don't Ask Me
The song's OK though, not as catchy as Get Over It. Which is a shame.

I totally agree. They're not too taxing on the brain and good to listen to.
