Given the once-over by Niklas Flyckt, also responsible for Rachel Stevens’ ‘LA Ex’ and Britney’s single of the year (I ain’t even shittin’ you) ‘Toxic’, ‘Modern Feeling’ comes on like Now That’s What I Call Miserable Indie Rock 1982 fast-forwarded through time Buck Rogers style. It’s so slick you could catch cormorants in it. It struts like a catwalk model and pouts like Leslie Ash. It’s moodier than David Beckham when Posh packs him off to bed without dinner for not wiping his bottom properly.
Long story short: listening to this is more a gratifying experience than leafing through a ragged pile of cutouts from the pages of the indie-rock press. Plus, you can always wipe a CD clean again…

this song is utter shite and the accompanying video is one of the worst things i've ever seen.

I rather like this song actually... it reminds me of somethign but I can't put my digit on it... I'd certainly toss me derriere to this in some skanky drinking pit.
