Interests: I write short stories and some poetic material...HUGE music and literature buff. And well, have plans to become a music journalist. Just give me a Lou Reed cd, a g&t, my cat and a bed and I'm a happy person!

Music taste: I like mostly british music (Bowie, T-Rex, Rolling Stones, Richard Ashcroft, Ian Brown, Coldplay, Oasis, William Orbit, Blur, Chemical Brothers, Prodigy, Placebo - ok, not all of them are british but who cares) and some american bands and artists: Lou Reed, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Tori Amos, Jimi Hendrix, Iggy Pop...Big U2 fan as well. I do not stick to any particular genre, I like diversity. 4 ex. one day I can b listening to Rammstein or NIN and the nxt day I'll be all up for Jamie Cullum and Robbie Williams, and then I'll tune in to Björk! So no prejudices there, and I dislike 2 b criticised by my ecclectic taste.

Anything else?: I'd b so interested AND grateful if anyone in the UK would e-mail me, to have some actual conversations about music. I'm moving there in about a year, and I think I should know what the music scene there is all about, sp. in places like London, Manchester, Liverpool and Sheffield/Brighton.
